Jewelry Sales/Design/Repair
When helping my son do preliminary shopping and research for an engagement ring, he happened into Captivations. We had gone to many different jewelry stores and even shopped BlueNile.com. My son's reaction to the rings we had seen was halfhearted at best. The moment we walked into Captivations and laid eyes on the ring, he knew it would be THE one with a little tweaking. Nathan worked with him to use gold from grandparents and other family members to create greater sentimentality and helped him find the perfect diamonds at a great price. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Nathan bent over backwards to get the ring done in a short amount of time. We could not be happier with the result!
