Description of Work: removed the pedal lyre from my grand so the floor refinisher could work more easily, then he came back and replaced it. excellent work.

 + -1 moreBraun Piano services restored my 1899 Bluthner piano to its original high gloss Black finish. Before it went to David Braun, it was in a bad state, hand painted white, some of the keys did not work and were broken. Like the "Red Violin" in its 100 plus years, it had traveled the world from Germany to China, (where I found it) and now to USA. They did the job well, on time and also as a bonus gave me a new piano bench in matching high gloss black. At first I was a little skeptical that such a small facility could do such an amazing high gloss finish. Oh boy was I wrong! The piano looks like it is made of black glass!! The finish is impeccable, I mean like a mirror, but ever so black! All the keys work and even some that had chips in the ivory were fixed. It came back not only looking like it is worth $150,00, but to my ears, it sounds like the best piano I have ever heard, even better than a Bosendorfer or Steinway. If you have a piano that needs to be restored, go to these guys. Not only do they do an excellent job, they will add a little magic in there too!
