I would not recommend them for anything. On the cost, we go through our homeowners. So, we pay them $75 for a visit.I would tell my friends and family, never, ever,ever, ever, use Blatz, never.They had to make three visits in less than a month to fix the same problem and they still never fixed it. He told me that he was talking to his boss because the coil was rusted, there were stuff wrong with the components that sit underneath the heater. My homeowner said it would be $900 and something out of pocket. So, I told them I needed a second opinion and we got one and there was nothing wrong with anything.

Excellent.  Terry Blatz the owner (and since it's a small company he's also one of his own hardest working employees!!!) provided a few options including going with a larger single system or a zoned system.  He gave a great price as compared to another quote that really enabled us to go to the zoned system which in our case was by far the better choice.  Coincidentally the blower motor on our old system went out over a hot weekend just after the few week period in which I was getting quotes and Terry was able to move some appointments around to jump right on the job.  Quality and workmanship of the installation is great.  I never got the feeling that Terry and Scotty were rushing through the job even though I knew they had a more than full work schedule, to the contrary they were very meticulous in getting everything just right.  Terry was even very accommodating when partway into the job I decided to go with the 5" wide filters which caused him to rework some sheet metal he'd just completed but he took it all in stride.  All in all a great experience.  I have signed up to have his company provide twice a year service calls to clean and inspect the units for a very reasonable fee.  My hot water heater is also very old and since Terry mentioned they also install them I will call him directly when it's time to replace that unit also.
