Terrible. After a few days of repeatedly asking for the written contract, the Bill Davis representative finally admitted they had no intention of honoring the agreement. This wasted about two weeks of my time that I could have spent planning a project with a real company that intended to follow-up on their commitment. I cannot imagine why a business would be so disrespectful to a customer with a good credit rating, willing to sign a contract and make a deposit. The staff at Bill Davis Inc. is unreliable and untrustworthy.
