Purchased carpet for three (3) bedrooms, they came out and measured the carpet for all three rooms. The sales person and purchase experience was fine. The installation was not, first they measured or installed the carpet incorrectly in the one bedroom. (They did not have enough carpet to complete the closet). Luckily the were able to match the die pattern of the carpet already installed. Second the seams could been seen in both bedrooms between the rooms and closets. In the master bedroom the seam along the wall to the windows were clearly visible. Twice they came out to correct the problem, after the second time the seams are now acceptable, but still can been seen under close inspection. I feel the only way THEY could completely correct the problem is a complete new installation and I'm sure they would not do that. Would never purchase from them again.

Carpet in our Basement. Beseda had very competive pricing, which was great. Our salesman, David Boston was amazing. Worked with me on pricing and different carpet options within our budget. He NEVER pushed me to go with more expensive carpet. But, what clinched it for me, was the fact that they would move our HUGE and HEAVY pool table! No other flooring company would touch it. Beseda only charged us $150 for this service. That saved us over $450 from what a local pool table company would have charged us! We will be using Beseda again. Don’t hesitate to call this company and when you do, be sure to ask for David!

A year ago, we had them do a complete tear down remodel of the master bath. The designer was very good. Materials were chosen, delivered and we were ready. Repairs started out ok but two days in to a seven day job, the subcontractor had some kind of family issue and disappeared. The helper But he didn’t do very much. When the subcontractor guy finally came back after three days, he worked rapidly to catch up so he could move to another job. The list of mistakes resulting from this mess is long. When I told him he was not doing things the way we agreed on the contract he lost his temper and became quite angry and left the job. Into the onyx shower walls he put the shelving in the wrong place. When he put in plumbing for the shower he burned 1/3 of a wall stud that I was told by another contractor could have caught the house on fire. The diverted handle used the wrong plumbing parts and didn’t work. The sink leaked. He gouged the side of the drywall by the shower that needed to be repaired. The vendor that Beseda used for the vanity mirror and glass doors cut the mirror wrong so it was crooked on the wall (they would only give me a small discount), the shower doors still leak at the bottom. They are missing a handle. The shower plumbing leaked and So I decided to call my regular plumber. They came out twice and when I told Beseda about it, Brian Beseda himself came out met my plumber, and saw the problem. He promised to pay the two plumbing bills as did the designer. They even copied me in on the email instructing Patty Beseda to pay them. They never paid. I ended up paying my plumber. I have never been so disappointed in my life about this remodel. They did my kitchen beautifully which was the reason I hired them to do the bathroom. We loved our designer but stopped contacting her about everything. We planned on buying two rooms of carpeting but went elsewhere. At this point, after a year, the warranty is over. I want nothing from them. But people need to be aware that they hire subs to do work, who are of marginal skill, and they are not true to their word. Since I would not allow the first guy back. Beseda sent a second subcontractor to do the finishing and fixing the mess from the first guy. He had an attitude as well, but knew what he was doing. The designer herself finished the painting. But the leak should have been paid by them. Again, this is just to alert people that they need to aware of who they hire. Beseda lied when they said they would pay for my plumber to fix their mistakes. At this point in time I want nothing. We were very disappointed in this job.

Very well. Brian Beseda is very professional, trustworthy, and courteous. From the moment that I was greeted in the showroom, to the time of the carpet installation, I felt as if I was the most important customer he had! Excellent customer service. Excellent and friendly owners and staff. The date of the carpet installation was originally set for December 16th ( the day/night of the icy and dangerous road conditions). I was expecting out of town guests arriving on the 17th; the rooms to receive new carpet were my guest bedrooms. Because of the weather, the installation was cancelled. Brian went above and beyond my expectations! He was at my home himself on the morning of the 17th to ensure my carpet was installed before my guests arrived. Thank you Brian!

Beseda was very professional and courteous throughout our engagement.  The floor has received many positive comments over the past two years.  I recently noticed that some of the grout lines had minor cracks in them and asked what could be done.  This was over two years since the flooring had been installed.  Brian was very responsive and came over personally to look at the floor and then followed up with the grout manufacturer to address the problem.  He did an excellent job correcting the situation.  I definitely recommend Beseda for any flooring work you need done.

From start to finish Brian and his crew were very personable and very respectful of our home. They were prompt and on time for every appointment and every scheduled work day. The showroom is amazing and they have so much to offer for every price range. They work within your budget and do not push you one way or the other. It was an easy, no pressure choice for carpet and backsplash. The hardwood was already chosen per say, because it had to match what we already had in our home and Brian was able to find an exact match.
All tools and equipment were stored away at night and everything cleaned at the end of each day. They were able to do the kitchen backsplash (complete with grout) and hardwood floors in two days and then came back the next week to rip out the rest of the old carpet and install the new, again this was knocked out in less than two days. I had one minor detail on the stairs that was actually really not their fault, the new carpet for the stairs was not as thick as the old and he came back and fixed it right up without hesitation. All around impressed with this company and would definitely use them again.

Arrived on time and began work immediately on removing the carpet from the office.  Because some large pieces of furniture could not be removed from the room they had no problem working around them.  Worked straight through with little time taken for lunch and were done by early afternoon.  More than pleased with the work done and would have them back in the future.

My husband and I were very pleased with the service and flooring pricing we received at Beseda. We spoke to several different employees during the process and they were all pleasant and helpful. It did not feel like a high pressure sales environment and they encouraged us to take our time while making our final material/color selection. Also, our final pricing for the flooring was ~$700 cheaper than the quote we received at another flooring store. The material was delivered quickly and in good condition. Since we were installing the flooring ourselves, Beseda offered to let us use their dumpsters for the old carpet and any other construction waste. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience through Beseda and will certainly use them in the future.

very easy to work with prior to installation.   they were very willing to provide samples, etc...
installation was an entirely different story.  installer left very clear seams in open loft area and at entry to each bedroom (3 bedrooms in all).
the installer retured to correct after I complained but didn't do much good.  His appearance was very poor (big baggy sweatpants with an oversized flanel shirt/coat).   after discussions with the company they returned with a different installer who was able to take care of the largest seam but to this day (1 year later) there are very clear seams at the entrance to each bedrooom.

The crew was awesome. They arrived on time and set to work. Josh explained the procedure and answered any questions. He and Glen were pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. They were very careful in moving the hutch and china cabinet, making sure to protect flooring in the room where the furniture was placed. They were equally as careful in moving the gas range and the refrigerator with careful attention to the ice-maker water line. Glen was able to remove the irritating squeaks from the floor that had developed over the years.
They worked until 6 PM, and then finished up the next morning. Every tile was placed (or cut when necessary) with precision. Their measurements were precise and worked out beautifully with no waste or damage. Though they had other jobs pressing them, they refused to take shortcuts and took pride in their quality workmanship. There were no unexpected costs, and the product looks great. I love my new floor.
We would highly recommend Beseda's and especially this crew, and will definitely consider them should we have future needs.

Working with Brian @ Beseda Flooring was great!. We contacted Beseda for flooring samples when we discovered that they are dealers for the hardwood brand that we wanted. Brian gave us large samples to take home and let us keep them for a couple of weeks so we could be absolutely sure about our finish choice. Then, when we found a cheaper price online, he immediately agreed to match the price. This was great because we felt more comfortable working with an actual person for such a large purchase.
After placing the order, Brian held on to the flooring for a few weeks until we were ready for it at our house. He then personally delivered it on a date that worked best for us and told us that he would replace any damaged material. The flooring was in great shape and we didn't have to ask for any replacement.
We did not experience any difficulties in working with Beseda Flooring. The process was simple and smooth and we got exactly what we wanted. I'd definitely recommend them to a friend.

Everything went great. We worked with one sales person over the couple months it took to pick everything out. Liba was fantastic and I would recommend asking for her if you walk into their showroom or call. She made multiple trips to our home to measure and compare carpet and linoleum samples and spent quite a bit of time looking at various things in the store. She was always quick to respond to emails with questions and was always upbeat and friendly which goes a long way. We had new linoleum put down in the kitchen as well as a backsplash put on the wall. Two of the 3 bedrooms upstairs got new carpet as well as the entire basement (800+ square ft). The 2 bedrooms that got carpet also got new plantation shutters. Everything looks amazing. Beseda has a very nice show room and everyone was very friendly including the different people that installed everything. They have a lot more than just flooring products (backsplashes/shutters/hardware etc) so i would recommend givingg them a look. I'm sure I could have gotten things a little cheaper at Lowes or Home Depot, but the customer service definately made up the difference. Its hard enough just getting people to ask you if you need help at those places....

We set a goal with the company to have everything started on 9.25.12 and completed on 10.25.12. The schedule was extremely aggressive, and those who did this type of remodeling will certainly appreciate it, and Beseda managed it very well completing the last steps by 8 pm on October 25.
We have encountered quite a few snags along the way, especially with the kitchen cabinets installation. For example, the island measurements were too close to install the stove top and the downdraft and required some very creative work by the installing contractor, K-Build, and the counter manufacturer Hallmark, but they everything worked out at the end. There were some materials, such as toe-kick plate and the skins, that were short, but Beseda has arranged additional parts to be shipped on a priority basis and they arrived on time. It would have been nice if things went a bit smoother then they did and we did have some craftsmanship issues, but in the end everything was corrected to our satisfaction. The staff at Beseda, from the owner Brian to designers Liba and Kendra, were very responsive and did everything in their power to keep the project on track. As an example, during the kitchen demolition contractor did not hang the plastic sheets to contain all the dust, and Beseda send a cleaning crew to clean the walls and the furniture free of charge. That is good customer service in our books!
We would definitely recommend Beseda Flooring to our friends and consider hiring them again for future projects.

We pretty much knew what brand, style, color of laminate flooring we wanted before buying.  That was based on information from Consumer Reports magazine, which we tend to trust, and from Internet browsing.  So, we were looking for price and delivery.

Their price was in my opinion quite high.  I could have bought the same products from an online retailer for roughly $300 (about 25%) less, including delivery charges.  I did not because I have had a VERY bad previous experience with buying flooring online.  We could also have bought it for less from Home Depot, but chose Beseda based on the expectation of good service.  Beseda supposedly offered such service, which I saw as a trade off for the higher price.

In point of fact, they were not very good, nor readily forthcoming, in my opinion at answering questions from a DIYer.  The manager didn't seem to want to bother to spend much time at all in answering questions through e-mail correspondence.  They also seemed less than fully knowledgeable about which matching vinyl fillers or touch-up pastes were right for the flooring (for repairing any possible future scratches, etc.)  I had to locate that information without their help.  Home Depot knew the right matching filler.

So, I was overall somewhat disappointed with their 'great service'.  They were essentially honest and fair, and they got the product to the store (where we picked it up) from a distributor in the time promised, but I would probably not buy from them again based mainly on price not seemingly worth the 'great service'..  The Armstrong flooring itself seems to be working out fine so far.
