BDM was incredibly professionally and Brian was willing to work with our budget. In addition to the basement they also removed and rebuilt a screened-in porch. Both spaces are fantastic and it's like living in a brand new house. Would happily recommend them to anyone and had a very positive overall experience.

BDM Construction's first project was a complete overhaul of my basement, they did a fantastic job with the basement. I had they come back for my Kitchen remodel. Brian and Bobby made suggestions, again not disappointed with the finished results. Brian, Kristen, Bobby and Josh are very professional and a great team to work with. I plan to hire BDM Construction for my next project in the first quarter of 2016 - bathroom remodel.

We hired BDM to build on a kitchen, add a laundry area and remodel our family room. Brian, the owner, was very professional from the on set. He listened to our wants, gave advice where needed and followed through at each step. The BDM crew, especially Kristen, Josh, Bobby and Jason made the experience as pleasant as this type of job could be. All were quality conscious, gave advice, worked professionally, and cleaned up prior to leaving. Our one bad experience was with the installation of the floors by a sub-contractor. Brian did what he could to rectify same. Josh and Bobby have been back since completion to help install cabinet lighting. We have already recommended BDM to two friends who will have jobs in the future.

The team at BDM are fantastic! From my first meeting with Brian, to the finish selections with Kristen and the complete installation with Bobby, all provided superb customer service. Every issue was met with suggestions for a solution, every question answered and sound advice provided throughout. The finished bathroom looks incredible!!

BDM Construction had a solution(s) or options when issues came up. The results of the finished remodel was more that I could vision - it turned out great. BDM has a great team to work with.

I was very happy with the quality of work since a variety of home repairs and other jobs were done in addition to installation of kitchen counters. The owner went over all that I needed done and suggested the best and most economical way for BDM to do the work for me. His staff member who did all the work was a pleasure to have in my house working and gave me great suggestions and advice. The only problems were that, at times, communication was less than optimal and contingency plans didn't exist for employees who were unexpectedly away from work. But I definitely plan to hire them again for additional work.

BDM construction was great. They listened to our suggestions and needs and were very accommodating. The customer service is great. Very friendly. One thing I noticed right away was how clean they left my house at the end of the day. Very polite. We plan on using them for future projects!

bathroom remodel on a budget; trying to maximize existing plumbing and some tricky low ceilings (attic/upstairs) Brian worked out a great design giving me a spacious bath with an amazing all tile walk-in shower without having to move a lot of plumbing in my older (1951) home. He was conscious of cost and made sure the details were correct. Kristen supplements Brian's team with great communication and support during the project. Quick responses and a genuine care that your project meets your expectations. All of the workers in my home were very neat, courteous and easy to work with (even when i accidentally locked them out of the house).

Hard to communicate with. Always too busy. Forgot a lot. Slow to respond. Quality was fine - not great. Sometimes defensive when confronted. I'd go weeks without seeing them.

The crew is very hard working and professional. The bathroom overall exceeded my expectations. I am very satisfied and would recommend them!

The owner Brian and project manager Kristen have and continue to go out of their way to help us with everything we need done for our project. They respond quickly to, and handle any situation even difficult ones! Very friendly and responsive people we will continue to do business with. Our project was a nightmare when we first started, things were not going well, but they stuck with us every step of the way and got the job done! Living out of the state and having to rely on someone else can be difficult to do, they were always in contact with us via phone, email, with pictures and texts. it was hard to trust someone ,but they are honest hard working people with good standards and did a great job for us!

The bathroom was basically a gut/remodel. The quality of workmanship was excellent, the final result was beautiful, and everyone in the company from owner to front office to workman were nice, courteous, and professional. I will hire them again when I have other work I need to have done.

Workman were prompt and courteous. The end results of the finished product were above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend BDM Construction for any remodeling project and would definitely hire them again.

My Overall experience was very good and we were happy with the quality of work. We had a few mishaps along the way but Brian and the Team did a great job of remedying the issues and making good on what they said. My only suggestion is that we would have liked to see Brian respond to our calls in a more timely manner and would have liked for him to show up more to our job site and oversee the project more often. He sometimes made it a little difficult when he made promises to show up at a certain time, or do something at a certain time, and not meet that dead line. Time Management was not always on his side but he did come through eventually

Brian and his workers are very professional and did an outstanding job remodeling 2 full bathrooms. I would highly recommend BDM.
