It went nicely. But it's important to know that it's a family business. Dad sometimes minds the front of the store. When he gets tired, he locks up and goes home. The brothers doing the repairs use loud tools and may not hear your knock. Call first! Mom and Dad own French Connections Antiques, two doors down. If no one answers at Barton Brothers, try French Connections---which is closed on Wednesdays.
