Absolutely miserable experience as Buyers. In particular, avoid Harry Hilburg if at all possible, he kept asking for same documents over and over that we had already sent him, and for info that was none of his business, not involved with the mortgage at all. The $675 I mention above is his closing costs. We did close successfully, he told the title company that he would be there for closing to go over his portion, but he was a no show!!! BofA had another document for us to sign and we had to go back in to sign something new AFTER closing.

I'm not blaming Angie's List, I just forgot about it so thought I'd write a warning to others to remember their recurring charges when dealing with credit cards, banks, and their control of interest rates. I'm going to fight it.

We spent a good deal of time with Denise and she was very patient with us. She explained everything in detail and went over it twice when we still didn't understand. With her help we qualified for a great loan. The paperwork went quickly and smoothly. We were very happy with her help.
