ALWAYS POLITE ON THE PHONE. ARRIVED WITHIN THE AGREED UPON WINDOW OF TIME. VERY COURTEOUS, EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS DOING. SOMETIMES GOT THE ANSWERING MACHINE WHEN CALLING.
