Once the tech got there it went well

ReseThey were able to come out the next day to replace my car windshield. The technician came to my work during working hours...very convenient. Ted, the repair technician, was professional and efficient. The repair was flawless and Ted left my car clean. The cost was cheaper than other companies. Only thing odd was that I was told that there was no charge for mobile service since I was near them but then was quoted one price for mobile service and a price $10 cheaper if I brought my car to their garage. When I asked about the difference, the lady on the phone explained that they give a discount if the car was brought to their garage. Overall, very pleased to have done business with Auto Glass To Go.

They came to the house, cleaned up the broken glass, and replaced the car window.It was quick and easy. They come to you - work, the mall, anywhere your broken window is located.

I went to see Rick to see if my windshield could be replaced. He confirmed what another autoglass company said in that I needed a new windshield. His price was $75 less than the autoglass company the insurance recommended. Rick was suppose to call me with an appointment. He never called and the following morning the repair gentleman was at my door bright and early to replace the glass. I was still sleeping when he rang the doorbell. He said he would wait for me. The repair guy was very pleasant and did a very nice job installing the new windshield. My only complaint is not getting a call from Rick telling me when to expect the repairman.

Service personnel was prompt, efficient and professional. I called for service on Tuesday and the repair was complete on Wednesday by 10am for less than 1/2 of the price of other quotes.

On a Sunday afternoon, when I was rolling down the window on the front passenger side of my mini-van, the glass suddenly tilted on an angle and slid all the way down into the door. It would not roll back up. I phoned Auto Glass To Go first thing Monday morning. Bob, the man who answered, was courteous and knowledgable. He diagnosed my car's problem as a broken regulator, explained the costs clearly, and said he would check locally but would probably need to overnight the part. We scheduled the repair for Wednesday rather than Tuesday because of my work schedule. The technician (wish I'd noted his name) phoned when he was about a half hour away. He was polite and helpful. Once the door was opened up, it turned out that the regulator was fine, only the connectors holding the window in place had broken, so the repair cost less than I'd anticipated. Auto Glass To Go identified themselves in the Yellow Pages as "door specialists," and I'd have to agree.
