First time winterization, the tech had me shut off the water but did not explain there was a separate set of valves for the sprinkler system so I turned off main water. When I turned main water back on water shot out of the side of my house fifteen feet for three hours. The owner had to come back out and turn off the valves. I had to schedule a second trip to get the system fixed and then the company insisted on charging me full price again. The company is also very hard to reach on the phone, it took probably twenty phone calls to schedule these two appointments.

Extremely reliable. Our friend gave us the recommendation for James Kemper and we've been using him since then 4 years ago. Our neighbors in our new neighborhood all use him for winterizing their sprinklers and turning them back on. Good pricing and does the job well. We've already paid for this next year in advance and is $252.

Jim Kemper does a great job and is very reliable and punctual. He readily returns phone calls and troubleshoots irrigation problems or installs heads for beds and flowers where needed.
