Ann helped us evaluate the market. Because of Ann's advice, we re-thought our intentions, saved money, and bought something different from what we set out to buy. We spent several weeks working with her, looking at scores of homes. She always accommodated OUR schedule and she worked tirelessly when we weren't seeing homes, doing research on neighborhoods, viewing listings, previewing properties to see if she thought we'd like them, all things you would expect a Realtor to do. She gave us great advice regarding home styles and neighborhoods to fit our needs and made this one of the most pleasant real estate experiences we've had.
