They were responsive and not intrusive. They were friendly. The owner was good.

He was awesome. He was so good. He was extremely conscientious. He was up in a hot attic and crawlspace. He was very good about calling me because I was not on the site and tenant was with him recording what had happened. He communicated with my tenant as far as what was happening. We were very satisfied and relieved. He was extremely thorough. He has to go out and dig out through the wall to get the raccoon out. He also recommended about trimming the bushes, so I was very pleased with that. His communication was good and above average. I have referred him to my sister-in-law.
