Couldn't be happier or more impressed with the work done by Aladdin Insulation. The price was very fair and the work done was very professional. The crew turned up on time, explained everything they were going to do and did their work in a very neat and expeditious manner. I'd happily recommend this company for insulation work to anyone needing it.

This company was recommended by our heating and cooling company but I only called Aladdin after I checked Angie's List. I called Aladdin 1-24-14 to ask for an estimate to solve some problems with a very chilly basement bathroom and an attic bedroom that wouldn't cool much in the summer. Kerry Pratt made an appointment for 1-27-14, showed up on time, was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She made some suggestions for insulating some areas that would improve the temperature. She emailed an estimate the next day. We agreed to have all the work done she had suggested. We made an appointment for 1-31-14. Two workers showed up on time, did the work, were friendly, professional. When they had questions, they explained carefully and followed my instructions. At one point loose insulation fell through a hole in the attic into a big pile in the basement. They swept it up along with any other stray pieces and took them out of the house. It was an entirely positive experience.

Tom Schroeder from Aladdin came out to give me a bid a few weeks previous to the work. After receiving a few more bids, I decided to go with Aladdin based on the positive reviews from Angie's List as well as a very competitive price. On the scheduled day, 2 guys from Aladdin showed up on time and laid a plastic sheet down on the floor to ensure they would not leave any dirt or insulation inside my home after they left. They were done within an hour and I was very pleased with the evenness of the spray over the entire attic space. I highly recommend Aladdin for insulation.

They did fine but I have not noticed a difference in my heating bills; I expected to but I haven't. It has made the temperatures upstairs more tolerable. It evens the temperature of the house a little bit but I guess it was not all that I expected it to be. But that is not really their fault; they put in the insulation and did fine. They stuck to the estimate but I wish they would have explained that I would not be able to walk in the attic anymore after they blew in the insulation. I don't have the attic access that I used to have. I will use them again in the future.

This company was highly recommended to us by a few people. They arrived to our home on time, and the final cost was reasonable.

Tom Schroeder came out and was Great. I had another company come out and their price was more than double what Aladdin charged. This was a BIG Coupon Deal. Tom made an assessment and was well within my budget. They were GREAT and did wonderful work. I would recommend them HIGHLY to anyone. They have been in business for over 30 years in Saint Charles. Great Service, GREAT Work, and a GREAT DEAL.

The representative for Aladdin, Tom, gave me a bid for the job and a date was set for completion. In the interim, I lost the bid and when it was time to pay, I remembered a lower price. Without arguing the technician made a phone call and when it couldn't be resolved, he said someone would call me. We discussed what I thought the bid was. All was good. I received a bill in the mail for $550.00 Preparing to send a check, I discovered the lost bid which was $225.00 more than the bill I got in the mail. I called Tom and Aladdin right away and honored the original bid for $725.00 It is not often you run into a company with such integrity, choosing to settle with a customer in such a compromise. Although I now have to finish the drywall repair myself, that was made perfectly clear from the onset.

Very knowledgeable, honest, professional. I needed to enhance energy efficiency of my existing home. They helped me sort out information I had gathered from other service providers who were recommending more extensive services with higher prices. Aladdin was cost effective and efficient. In addition to adding insulation, they suggested I add roof vents - not a service they provide; the combination of the two services has made my 2nd story much more comfortable.

They showed up on time, blew insulation into the sides of the house, down the walls, between the floors. They came upon some problems and fixed them so they could finish and then called a contractor I am working with to let them know what needed to be done to fix it permanently. They were very professional and I hope that when the cold weather comes, it will make a huge difference. They think it will, just by looking at what I had and what they have done so far.

The installation crew was about 45 minutes late due to traffic problems but finished the job in less than an hour. Very competent and courteous.

I had a ranch of just under 1000 square feet and it cost 425. They were very friendly and very prompt. They used drops clothes to keep my floors clean. I would highly recommend them they are not over priced.

Tom Schroeder came and told me I did not need to do all the walls in crawl area but just ceiling only. If I was still cold I could do walks but he felt it was not needed. He was right and I saved $775.00 over another bid. Wish I had something else for Tom to work on.

They cleaned up all the mess they had in the floor. They did a really good job. I highly recommend them and I would rehire them. They worked hard in the summer heat. They were always on time and returned all my calls.

Bid was done far in advance, stood by pricing when called to confirm service. Friendly, responded to calls fast, low in pricing with outstanding service. Worked with us on types and were we wanted insulation in the home and offered best price for entire job. Within less than a week of call, was in the home completing the job in a fast, timely manner. Professional on the job site. Also, I would highly recommend with company. We did a bid with a total of 5 companies.
