The owner is really accommodating to conflicting schedules. They are very good at keeping me informed of the status of everything and he also keeps us updated on the work they are performing. He also does a really good follow-up to make sure the work was done correctly and is still holding up.

The work was excellent, however their timeliness was poor. I had put a deposit down in August, and I didn't get my windows in until the first part of November. In fairness to the owner, I know he had been ill for a couple of weeks, so I did have an explanation.

THIS WAS OVER A SPAN OF TIME...SO DEPENDING ON WHAT I COULD AFFORD AT THE TIME, HE WORKED WITH ME ON THE PRICE. THE GUY DID A GREAT JOB AND CLEANED UP HIS MESS. IT WAS AROUND 100 DEGREES OUTSIDE AND NEVER COMPLAINED. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!
