After 4 attempts, my washer still doesn't work. I was promised a refund but didn't get it. They always promised to call prior to coming but would not call and just show up at some random time.
The repair technician seemed to have NO idea what was going on. One time he even switched the hot and cold water....ruining a lids of clothes and then told me it was "no big deal".
I am very frustrated....spent $350 and still don't have a functioning washer!

We have hired this service in the past, and they have always provided accurate, timely service. I like everything about them. Very professional and mannerly, and, most importantly, he knows what he's doing. He cares about the people involved, which is a nice change after getting handed around by this nationwide service. When you call, you get a person instead of an automated answering system-- you get Ron or his wife. That's so refreshing.
