Kyle arrived promptly and was very polite. He explained the process in a fashion that was thorough and to the point. Kyle made a point to invite questions regarding the process. He performed his investigation with a sincere passion for his important line of work as an inspector. It was apparent he had the skills, knowledge and understanding for this profession. I would/will recommend him to perform future inspections to friends and family.
