AAA Vacuum Cave Springs

I took my vacuum in because it wouldn’t start. Turns out it was a simple fix. No charge!

They didn't charge me for the carpet cleaner since it was under warranty but they did give me all the information I needed for the future to keep it cleaned. I took the vacuum in on a Friday to get fixed and I got the estimate on the Saturday, was able to pick the vacuum up on Monday. It is working good now. They were very fast and very thorough. Their work was good, completed in a timely manner and the price was reasonable.

My father-in-law has an old Hoover Concept One vacuum that needed new belts. He talked to an employee in the shop who said he would replace the belts and clean out the vacuum for $7.95 plus the two belts. I brought the vacuum in. It was repaired, cleaned, and returned to me within about 15 minutes. The only reason it took that long was because he had to greet and talk with other customers who brought their machines in. When he gave it back to me, he told me that the vacuum will "self-propel" in reverse just fine, but doesn't do so very well when pushed forward. He said the problem is probably with the cable that runs from the handle or from the transmission, but he didn't think my father-in-law would want to spend the additional fee for diagnosis and repair. He then sold me a belt for another vacuum that we have, hence the total cost. He was competent, thorough, informative, and did not try to sell me on an additional repair or replacement. I felt welcome and respected.
