AAA Radio Fence

Install/hardware quality was good. I was a repeat customer, having had the same person install the indoor unit last year.

He gets an "D" rating for giving me a difficult time about install requirements and scheduled start time.

UPDATE: Unit he mounted to the wall is falling off and the outdoor fence stops working whenever it drops below freezing. I'm going to have to pay a separate company to come out now to fix this.

AAA is wonderful. I have used them for several years.

I thought he was very professional and helpful, although unfortunately it did not work for my dog, but that had nothing to do with him. I would use him again in the future if necessary.

Bob at AAA did a great job with our electronic fencing. He took the time to educate us on the nuances of the subject, then installed the fencing right on time and on budget. Our dogs figured out the system very quickly, and we haven't actually had to use the electronic collars for a couple of years now. (The dogs still know what boundaries they are not supposed to cross). I would recommend AAA Radio fence to anyone.

I've called on him 3 times in 12 years and he has always been personable and professional. He's relaxed and acts as if you're his only client. Every time I've called he's come out within a few hours and arrives within minutes of the scheduled appointment. Not only would I recommend him but I have recommended him to my neighbors. Three families on my block have used his services.
