A Painting and Home Remodeling

Nico was great. He pays attentions to the little details. The price was fair for what he did. We are so happy with the final result and will definitely work with them again in the future.

At first glance, we were happy with the coverage of our colorful house with a neutral color. As we walked through the house, we noticed holes not patched, as requested and part of the quote, baseboards not painted, dripped paint, the refrigerator was not pulled out and painted behind, missed trim on doors not painted. We were also short on screws on all the light and electrical covers left in the middle of various rooms. Lots of cut corners. We would not hire again or recommend it.

This contractor did a great job while standing on a board over a high stairwell, scraping popcorn from ceiling and painting the ceiling. That's a job I could never do - in fact, one other contractor did not bid because of that part of the job. A+ was efficient and the smoothness of the final painting is excellent. Scraping popcorn is a messy job and there was still some clean up afterwards, but much better than I could have done. One interesting thing is that they broke for lunch and at the end of the day without letting us know they were leaving. Not sure why, but a simple 'we're leaving now' would have made the interaction better. Otherwise, they did great work on a tough job.
