It was pretty good. I have actually never taken any classes, I have mostly just used the equipment and it's always clean and they really have long lines in it so they are really good. The staff were very friendly and when I asked any questions, they answered. I didn't have any personal training though.

Ive been very satisfied with my membership with them. I pay $163/year and that gives me access to all of their locations. Ive been a member since 2003 and usually go to the St Charles location near my home. They do a good job maintaining their equipment and offering services like a variety of fitness classes and personal training. The only complaint I can bring up is lately their bathrooms need to be cleaned on a more regular basis. Also the concrete around the pool and hot tub area seems to be deteriorating. Other than those minor items Im satisfied with this company.

I really liked the fitness center in Arnold, MO. It looked like it was on the newer side and the facility was clean, had a big locker room, and a nice pool area. You can usually find the machine you want to use and not have to wait for it, but that may be due to the different times I visited. Overall the staff was nice and it was a great place to go. I didn't feel odd or uncomfortable for not being in shape and going to the facility. I would recommend it to others, especially since the price is decent and we didn't need to sign a contract. The only reason I stopped my membership was because I got on the lazy side and stopped going altogether.

I think he did an amazing job. He did exactly what I paid him to do. He made sure I stayed on track to meet my goals.

It is convenient and it is open 24 hours. This location has everything that I need. They have awesome trainers. I have been working with a personal trainer whose name is Taylor Dalby. He is absolutely the best. I will absolutely continue using them.
