They provide very thorough services. The termite activity had decreased since we started using them. The price is a lot cheaper than most other termite and pest companies I looked at.

They are a very good company. This is the first year that I have used them, but I am happy with everything that they have done. I also used them for termites, but that is a different charge. The rodent problem does seem to be under control.

I came home from a business trip and found shredded pieces of phone book and installation in a kitchen drawer. I proceeded to the basement to find a dead mouse there. I immediately knew I had a rodent problem and wanted someone to come out a.s.a.p. After calling several exterminating companies (some could not come out for a week and others said they didn't come to my area in South County) I found 20/20. The woman on the phone was so pleasant. She sensed my panic and scheduled someone to come out on Tuesday morning. The owner of the company showed up at the scheduled time and could not have been nicer. There was a mouse in one of my traps that he disposed of -- he recommended additional traps to be set up outside of my house and in the garage. I was very happy with the prompt service and attention to detail. The technician explained everything he was doing and recommended an appropriate course of action.

I have had them for awhile now and they just came out recently to do a prevention treatment. They are very kind people and they really know what they are doing. I had a very bad problem with little critters and they have not come back since I had them come out.

I have a yearly contract with them and they only do a general pest spray. I would recommend them and I have already done so to several people. They are able to solve the problems that I have and I am content with them.

I went with someone in my area rather than a big name.

The estimator was polite and courteous and they offered several different pricing plans. We chose the plan that included yearly maintenance (they come every three months to check on our problem and (at least) spray the outside perimeter for the ants and bait traps in my backyard. We have had one recurrence of carpenter ant invasions (we saw maybe two or three ants wandering around the house) and upon notifying the company they have come out promptly to respray the perimeter. The serviceman who does the maintenance is friendly and helpful. I also like that "THEY CALL ME" to set-up my maintenance visits , I don't have to remember to call them.

THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME, AND CALL IF NOT GOING TO BE ON TIME. THEY ARE ALWAYS POLITE, AND ARE EXTREMELY THOROUGH. WHEN I TELL THEM OF A PROBLEM AREA THEY WILL SPOT TREAT THAT AREA. THEY COME MONTHLY TO CHECK THE SPIDER MONITORS, AND TELL ME OF THE PROBLEM. GETTING RID OF BROWN RECLUSE IS A DIFFICULT PROBLEM - THIS IS MY ONLY COMPLAINT WITH THE COMPANY. THEY NEED TO COME OUT AND SAY THAT YOU WILL NEVER GET RID OF BROWN RECLUSE, JUST CONTROL THE PROBLEM. HAVING SAID THAT, I WILL CONTINUE WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE OF THE VERY THOROUGH AND CONSCIENTIOUS WORK THEY DO. OVERALL I AM PLEASED, JUST NOT TOO HAPPY WITH THE SPIDERS WHO HAVE CHOSEN TO RESIDE IN OUR HOUSE. I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

THEY EDUCATED ME ABOUT HOW SPIDERS GET IN THE HOUSE, THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.
