It went great. They are very easy to work with. They charged a flat fee for a full day's work and even came back to the house after they had left, when we found out the flooring people needed the dishwasher removed. They also came back out a few days later when we discovered a problem with the hot water heater - not their fault. They are very honest about what they can and can't do. The only problem we had is that they called the night before they were supposed to do the work and asked to postpone it b/c a previous job ran long. This is perfectly understandable, but we are having a ton of work done in a very short time period, so this made our time line more difficult. They ended up having to come do the work the same day the flooring people were there, which limited how much work they could do in one day and we have a small project that didn't get done. In spite of this, I still think that they are priced well, reliable, easy to work with, honest and I will definitely use them again.
