Buzzer's Lawn Service was okay at first. Nathan is a nice guy who is friendly and polite-- we have nothing bad to say about his personality. BLS mowed our lawn about 6-8 times last year. The first couple of times, we had to alert Nathan to lower the mower blades because after just a week, the grass needed mowing again. He addressed that concern. However, there were still a couple of times overall when we noticed uneven patches in our yard where the grass was long even after mowing. There was also an incident when their mower scraped the bark off our very young trees. Again, we had to tell Nathan about what happened. It was during that last incident that we decided to end services. We were disappointed that they didn't consider mowing carefully around the young trees. To us it was common sense. We felt bad that our trees were damaged. Good thing they didn't die. Hopefully this review will help BLS improve their services.
