They are a small company. They were very responsive. They only do the work that is required. I could call and talk to them at any time with other questions. He lives in my small town. He is available anytime I want him. He is someone you can trust.

After smelling gas outside of my house faintly, and then more so inside had Laclede come out to inspect. Found leaks and did replacement of outside equipment. Lines not holding pressure when checked and inspector told me to get a professional out to take a look and do repairs. I knew Steve and he also came highly recommended. He came out to inspect the situation, exploring through the walls and ceiling for leaks over several days. He upgraded dryer hose, cleaned out my furnace, fixed my stove and spent a great deal of time during the Christmas holiday making sure I had all that I needed as soon as could be done and at a nominal cost! Steve made himself available 24-7, explained each step of the process, gave recommendations and let me know exactly what to expect. I plan on using him again in the Spring to install a new furnace and air conditioning unit. I highly recommend him. Very reliable and great price!

He inspects the furnace, a/c, filter, and cleans it two times a year. I'm very happy with them!

Steve Aversa was recommended by our neighbor, who swears by his reasonable, prompt service and the fact that Steve is available for weekend and evening emergencies. He returned our calls promptly, arrived when he said he would and found a solution to the problem. Although the issue did require a return visit and a charge for a second service call, there was no charge for labor the second time and since then the unit has worked perfectly.

DEPENDABLE, FLEXIBLE, AND GOES OUT OF HIS WAY TO PLEASE. EXTREMELY PUNCTUAL. DOES HAVE A SERVICE CALL FEE, BUT IS AFFORDABLE. WE HAVE AN OLD FURNACE AND HE IS ALWAYS ABLE TO FIND A SOLUTION TO WORK WITH OUR MAKE AND MODEL.
