I was pleased with their service and I would use them again.

The experience was positive all around. The employees take the time to explain vacuums and how they work. They were able to make 3 repairs on my vacuum cleaner in short order. The manufacturer no longer makes filters that my old machine needs, so the employees created one by using materials in their shop. I appreciated that very much. They could have said "too old, buy a new machine." Now my vacuum cleaner picks up the way it used to when it was new. It is a great vacuum cleaner , and I plan to have it for some time. When I get around to replacing it, I know where to go for unbiased technical advice about the brands out there. Some of them are junk despite $600 price tags. This shop had a section full of expensive vacuums, some new, waiting to be scrapped because they do not work and the owners gave them away. No one wants them. Telling evidence.

Andy was very friendly when I went in. He assured me that it could be fixed and explained what would be done and what might be causing the problem. I dropped the vacuum with him and asked if it would be possible to get it back the next day. He said he would try. He called the next afternoon to let me know it was ready. Work was as promised and the price was reasonable. I was glad to find a small businessman who takes pride in caring for customers
