Store Of Dress

The dress I received was terrible quality and workmanship.  The seams were uneven and used white thread on tan fabric with visible stitching all around the hem and sleeves.  The dress did not match the dimensions on the website and was much too small.  I immediately requested a refund.  I was told I had to send photos of the problems.  I did so and they offered me 30 dollars credit to have it fixed locally.  It is completely unwearable so I said I just wanted to return for refund.  That is when I discovered that RETURN and REFUND are not the same,  The would charge a 30% restock fee, require me to reimburse the 'free' shipping and also pay the return shipping.  Shipping is  round 60 dollars each way!  So from my 325 charge, I will net 75 back.  I paid an awful lot to try on a dress that looked like a D minus 7th grade home ec project.  The refund policy is not returned by using their site's search feature.  After the fact, they directed me the link on the bottom of their page, about 6 inches below the end of page content that states the refund policy.
