Vidcom Electronics Repair

This provider is approximately 40 miles from my home and well worth the drive! I started with this provider's website which was extremely informative regarding modern televisions and types of repairs. First point of contact was a great experience and I was given diagnosis fees ($50), lead time, and approximate high end cost of repair. Normal business hours are 9 - 5 Monday through Friday, however, I was allowed to drop off my TV on Saturday morning before service calls began. I dropped my TV off Saturday, October 25. Long called on Tuesday with a diagnosis and informed me that my part may take up to 2 weeks because Samsung had to order it. On Thursday, October 30, Long called back to inform me that the parts came in right away and my TV would be done by Saturday morning! The complete job took 1 week, was $3 less than the estimate, has a 30 day warranty, and my TV works like a charm. This provider also uses the $50 diagnosis fee toward payment of repair services. Service calls are available, I do not know what those fees are. This shop is a factory authorized service center. I am extremely happy with my services and will return if I ever have another repair job.
