- I started with this provider's website which was extremely informative regarding modern televisions and types of repairs.
- First point of contact was a great experience and I was given diagnosis fees ($50), lead time, and approximate high end cost of repair.
- Normal business hours are 9 - 5 Monday through Friday, however, I was allowed to drop off my TV on Saturday morning before service calls began.
- I dropped my TV off Saturday, October 25. Long called on Tuesday with a diagnosis and informed me that my part may take up to 2 weeks because Samsung had to order it.
- On Thursday, October 30, Long called back to inform me that the parts came in right away and my TV would be done by Saturday morning!
- The complete job took 1 week, was $3 less than the estimate, has a 30 day warranty, and my TV works like a charm.
- This provider also uses the $50 diagnosis fee toward payment of repair services.
- Service calls are available, I do not know what those fees are.
- This shop is a factory authorized service center.
I am extremely happy with my services and will return if I ever have another repair job.
