The day before Thanksgiving 2001, we stopped-up our kitchen sink with potatoe peals so massively that the mainline to septic system clogged all the way back to the house. We did not realize how much damaged we caused until we called Nu-Way late that afternoon. After working until midnight that evening, Derek, the owner/operator, came back very early Thanksgiving Day and finished a new line to our septic system. We had 30 plus family members coming over for dinner and would have in a terrible situation Thanksgiving Day without a kitchen sink. Derek understood and politely made sure our holiday would not be spoiled by our own stupidity. I have 6 rental properties in addition to my home and always completely satisfied with Nu-Way's professionalism, knowledge and punctuality

 + 0 moreThe gentleman came and diagnosed and fixed the problem. There had been a small clear dixie cup accidently flushed down the toilet. That was it. He spent quite a bit of time trying to figure out the problem. He was extremely reasonable in price. I would use him again.
