First, they took weeks to come out to our house to look at what was needed. After numerous phone calls and messages left they finally came out around April 30 to make sure of what was needed. They said it would take about two weeks for the new garage door to arrive and then they would be out to install it. After I hadn't heard anything by May 14 I started to call. I left several messages with my phone number but received no response. Finally I got hold of the office staff on May 18. She said they had wanted to call me but lost my phone number. She then said they would "pass" on installing the garage door. They had apparently not even ordered it yet. She said they were very busy and couldn't get to it. I said, ok, I'd be fine with doing it a few weeks later, and she said, no, it was a complicated situation and they were going to pass on it. I asked if they would recommend anyone else to do it, and she said no, they were the only company in town that installed garage doors. (Though a major hardware chain store in town will do it.) I asked if there was anyone outside of town that would do it and she said, "Maybe in Waynesville or Salem.". I asked if she knew of any companies in those towns that did that kind of work, and she said "no". She was utterly unhelpful and I doubted whether she was telling the truth because her story changed about being busy.
