It is standard business practice to provide written documentation to clients to ensure mutual understanding and agreement. Maedgen's Lawn Care failed to uphold this basic professional standard, further eroding my trust in their services. Upon inquiring about the unreported changes in pricing, I received the following notification: ##Break## Hello, I hope this message finds you well. At Maedgen's Lawn Care, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards for our valued clients. It is with sincere regret that I must inform you that we will no longer be able to provide lawn mowing services for your property, effective immediately. Recently we have completed a review of our workload and have come to realize that we are probably not the best match for your needs at this time. We will be unable to continue servicing your account. This decision has not been made lightly, and we understand the inconvenience it may cause. We deeply value the trust and confidence you have placed in Maedgen's Lawn Care, and we sincerely apologize for any disruption this may cause. It has been our pleasure to serve you and we genuinely appreciate your understanding in this matter. In summary, Maedgen's Lawn Care has demonstrated a troubling pattern of fluctuating prices without proper documentation, unprofessional handling of client inquiries, and abrupt termination of services without valid justification. I strongly advise potential clients to be cautious and seek more reliable and transparent lawn care providers.

They arrive, do their work & they gone VERY quickly. The job is done in a professional manner.

We have used them for 4 years, and we are very satisfied. They are very good. There is nothing that I dislike, I like them. They do treatments, but we don't use them for that. I think they are very reasonable. The quality is very good, and the responsiveness is very good. They are very punctual and very professional.
