It did not go well.
This company lacks organization and clear leadership which is starkly illuminated by their failure to work with tenants who are working professionals in their communities.
Eventually, we were able to move into our unit on the first (at 8:30 p.m.), but it took multiple phone calls and visits on the move in day with absolutely no one willing to commit to a timeline for when we would get our keys.
They hide behind a clause in their standard lease that says they have up to 7 days to prepare a unit. We gave them a month's notice and they didn't schedule painting or cleaning until the night before our move in date (1Aug). This clause is clearly implemented and provides this company with an excuse to be lazy in preparing units for future tenants.
