Mr. Gyovai was extremely professional, going over the house from top to bottom and taking the time to explain any deficiencies found and concerns I had. I was knowledgable about all required Missouri state regulations with respect to homes and could readily quote them. He was a prior city inspector for Rolla, Missouri, so he really knew the people who did the survey work and gave us a good background on the construction company.
Most importantly, at the end, he recapped all the deficiencies he found and made competent recommendations on what could be done to resolve them or how to request it from the seller. The information provided by Home Inspections and Construction Management, Inc. helped us to leverage a better deal at closing.
