Mike and another employee worked on the installation. As far as the electrical side of things, we couldn't be happier. However, they left scratches that we had to repair around the new switch they installed for the light. Also our estimate was very reasonable, but when they came to do the work, they charged us almost double what was quoted.
The reason given for the extra charge was "it's hard to tell how long things will take sometimes." I completely agree, and understand from their perspective - however, why give a free estimate, and then double the price? I could see a little more or a little less, but nearly double is beyond reasonable.
I would definitely hire them again, though. They did quality work, and did not waste any time. Also, they were polite and professional. Even the best of people make mistakes sometimes, I just wish they could have stuck closer to their estimate.

Arrived on time - with only 15 minutes notice! Did quick service, gave an honest & professional opinion.

Mike moved the receptacle in no time. He was extremely professional and courteous. I will most definitely call him the next time I need so electrical work done!

So, we were painting our kids rooms and installing new outlets, covers and switches to match the color of the rooms. I, being the know it all man, thought I could do a simple wiring job. Obviously, I can't. So, after about 4 hours of re-wiring, moving, sweating and thinking of cruel names to call the poor outlets, I decided I was over my head. Because I wasn't going to be around due to work out of town for a while, I thought I'd check out Angie's List to help make whomever came out feel more comfortable for my wife. We looked up and found Freedom Electric. We called, he came out and quickly, within 5 minutes, fixed my mistakes. No comments, no funny remarks. Just very professional according to my wife. We will not only use Freedom Electric again, but also use Angie's List to help find great people to work on my mistakes.

Mike Miller was verry proffesional he came out and gave me a quote then came out when he said he would be there. even after another contractor didnt have there part of the work done when they were supposed to Mike agreed to come out after they were finished to complete the job right. It was a great experience and I would use them in the future.
