Excavation
Overall everything looks great and no complaints, whoever a neighbor came byand spoke with the owner about a problem that he had had reference to cracks appearing. I looked at the contract as well as spoke with the owner both of which stated that they are not responsible for cracking as this is caused by settling which to me is understandable.
