I give his name out to other people. He takes his time, so you must be patient. He gets things done but it takes time. I don't generally have a set time.

CZ (Cliff) has done many jobs for me over the last few years. Last winter, I called him when I found a brick had fallen from the chimney after a squirrl lost its footing and fell down the chimney into the home, sending a couple of bricks to the ground. He quickly came by, wrapped the chimney in a tarp and secured it for the remainder of the winter, saying that when I had the funds available he would fix the chimney. When I was ready, he had us move the cars out of the way, blocked off space around the home to prevent anyone from getting close and being hit by a brick, and proceeded to repair the decaying chimney. It took a short time and was completed quickly. He waited a few weeks to seal the mortar until it had cured sufficiently and until the weather was right. I'm a repeat customer for CZ. While he charges a little more, he is responsive and wants to get the job done right.
