Veterinarians
The vet who came out was VERY nice and knowledgeable and spent a lot of
time with my animal. The issue I have is the people who answer the
phone at the clinic who ALWAYS make me feel like Im bothering them (Ive
only called them a few times total) and also make me feel like Im
calling in an emergency and that they need to be there now when I very
clearly state that its not an urgent matter.
If you can get past that then the vet service is wonderful. They may
benefit from hiring some customer friendly girls to answer and screen
calls rather than the gruff guys they have now.
