Excellent -- Dave did the repairs quickly, cleanly and professionally. He did the work for the price he quoted, and it was far less than the estimate another provider had quoted. We are thrilled with the results!

Pergola was O.K.  Column base was not satisfactory.  I reached him  later, but haven't heard back from him.  His number doesn't seem to working.  I would like for him to repair the base of the column, but I cannot get hold of him. The last time I talked with him was several weeks ago.  He was to contact me the following week, but I haven't heard from him & can't seem to get in contact with him.  Please contact him to let him know I still need the column base repaired.  Thank you.

On time and diligent about his  business

Completed and did a few miscellaneous things on top.

David was prompt each day and diligent in completing the job. 

We have had him come back to our house to install a new water line to a new refrigerator and do a couple of other odd jobs. He is always polite and willing to do what is needed.  He is knowledgeable and his fees are reasonable.  It is nice to have someone you can depend on to make repairs that you no longer can do. 

It went very well.  He was on time, and completed the job in less time than the estimated time.  Quality work, fair price.  Will use again.

Because it was an outside job requiring good weather, it took a couple of weeks for David (Scroggins) to schedule my work (i.e. several periods of rain).  However, it wasn't an emergency repair and he did a great job of keeping me informed of his plans.  Our house is a large two-story home, so the repair required work at the top of a long extension ladder - something I don't do anymore!  Once he started the work, he completed it all in one day.  He worked quickly and efficiently, and the repair looks good.  Costs were $65 for materials and $200 for labor - his original estimate was $248 ($48 and $200), but the wood trim was slightly wider than expected.  On his own, David even cleaned out the leaves from my rain gutters since he was working above them anyway - even though he was not asked to do this!  David was very personable and I would hire him again for maintenance and repair items.

He was willing to come on a Sunday afternoon and did the job quickly and efficiently. Professional and courteous. Certainly will use him again.

I couldn't be more pleased with his work!  When he had completed the job, he adjusted the original estimate downward to reflect the actual work required. You don't find that kind of integrity often these days. I would use him again for sure.

He did a really good job. There's absolutely nothing I dislike about him. In fact, I trust him so much. I will leave the key for him to come into my home and work and I trust him emphatically. He's a hard worker. He often brings his wife along and she helps. They're very conscientious.

This fella is the repair man our landlord uses. So although we spent $0 I can still say i would hire this guy for jobs i need done at other  properties I own or work at. Very professional, prompt, courteous, and  skilled. Perfect combination.

Wonderful experience from start to finish.

David called the night before, and again before he came.  We had five fans to be replaces so he was here for several hours.  Very efficient, we will recommend David to friends.

It all went very well.  He came by the night before to see what tools and supplies he would need, then arrived the next morning to get most of the work done.  I decided to get a new door for another part of the house, and in the afternoon he went to pick up the door and brought it to my house.  He plans to put it in next week..

He is incredible.  He is reliable, punctual, fair and honest.

He did a very good job.  I would give him an A rating on all categories.
