Incompetent, he have no clue about basic carpentry. Almost all work had to be redone. He ripped us off for a lot of money

I foolishly gave him $400.00 on March 02,2020. He never did the work and as of June 19 has not given me a refund.

Good. Work was done in a reasonable length of time at a reasonable price. Some payments were requested early.There were some quality issues,though they either took care of them as requested or I was able to. Nothing major yet.I had to call them once about communication as to timeliness of completion,I was called back promptly.So all in all I would rate it a good experience.

They did a great job and made a very good deck and ramp. Weather delayed Rob getting started on the project as planned but once the weather cleared up, Rob was on the job. He stay late on the day of the project to see it to completion. Nice work. Good value.

We found that Rob's extensive experience matched our multi-needs. He was competent, professional, and courteous.
1) He listened and assessed our needs which allowed us to be part of the decision making on the projects.
The upper deck / stairs were a major project - broken boards, unsafe stairs, etc. He was knowledgeable on building codes,etc.
2) We got quotes from four other companies, his quote was very complete and competitive. He was upfront if any additional materials or time were required.
3) He kept his schedule, all scrap ( lots old wood, nails, ets) were removed.
We are very satisfied with his work and plan to use Rob in the future for other indoor / outdoor projects.

It took him almost a year to get it done. He had some problems with one of his guys who got sick or injured or something like that but it was just one thing after another and I gave him the money upfront, the half of it at least. I've had problems with the siding coming apart on me. I'm a little worried about the windows. The windows were good but it's just the workmanship and trying to get it done. That really put me off on him. He's a nice enough guy and everything like that but I would never use him again. He had good handymen. One was ordered wrong. It took him a month to get it and it was the wrong color. He had to send it back and get it again to finish out the job. I would not recommend him. Pricing was fine because he held through his estimates. There was a case where a panel of my metal roof came flying off because of a storm and he got right after it, came by and redid that for me in 20-degree weather so I can't complain about that. Once he got to it, he got it done but it's just a matter of getting him to get it done. He was good to talk to and deal with. He wasn't an arrogant jerk or anything like that. He was all right professionally.

"I can not say this job did not take a long time to get complete but when it was done it was a quality job and if there was any problems and I had been contacted about it I would have taken care of it as I do guarantee each and every job we do. As for the payment I only collect the price of the materials and on this job it was not enough to cover all the materials . I had problems with getting materials in for this job but they are all top quality. as for the windows they carry a life time guarantee and that is for who ever owns the home cant beat that anywhere! All iI have to say here if you have problems with a job someone dose for you you should contact them and at least see if they will fix it before you give them a bad review. I am sorry it took so long to get windows in and I must say it was a long time it was during the time the hurricane had shut down over 1/2 of my suppliers operations. Also I don't make windows I only install them I did not make the one the wrong size and color. Sorry you were so unhappy with the end job I pass by the house often and think it is the best looking mobile home in the area!"

Our realtor suggested we have the house exterior cleaned. He had an open house scheduled two days after he made the suggestion. I really wanted to get the work done so the house would make a good first impression. At 5:30 Friday night I logged into Angie's List and started making calls starting from the top of the list. After an answering service and a machine of big name companies I decide I needed a handyman. Rob answered his phone and we scheduled the work for the next day! The work was done by 1:00 Saturday afternoon. The house looked great! We will definitely called Rob next time week need help.

Did an excellent job of cleaning our siding and decks but has not finished the job (sealing the wood). Still expecting him to come. Requested that he complete before 7/31. He missed that deadline. I sent email with no response. Called several weeks ago and told him I needed him to complete the job before winter. Haven't heard from him. I fully understand that he must opt for bigger jobs but I'm not so understanding when it takes place after I've paid in total. Still have things off the decks waiting for them to be sealed.
I believe this man has a wide range of talents and can do most anything very well. I have so many projects but seems this is what I run into all the time. The hassle is far worse than having paid.

I am glad that I contacted this handyman service. My needs were varied and Rob's provided for each one. My wood fence, house, and front porch deck were power washed. The young man that did the job was very dedicated to the job and did excellent work. I needed my front porch painted and the porch deck power washed with water proofing placed on it. Done!
He put stain on my wood fence with a Copperwood stain and the job seems done well.
After the initial email to Rob, he contacted me and came out the next day to estimate the cost. He sent the estimate the same night and after I accepted the estimate, the young man came and power washed the house, fence, and front porch deck the next day.
A few days later, Rob and another young man came and finished the job after everything was good and dry.
I will be using Rob in the future for my handyman needs. He seems to be sincere, honest and goodness knows, willing to work. It was almost a 100 degrees the day he came to do the fence. I believe that if I had any problems with his work, he would do whatever it took to make it right.

I had a water line in a trench that I dug that I wanted hooked up to existing plumbing. Called to request quote and he showed up that evening to look it over and said it would be about $70.00 to do. Said he would come by and do it tomorrow or the next day. Never showed so I called back the following week and was told he lost my number. Said he would show up that evening and do it but I was not going to be around so I shut off the water before I left so he could do the job. I came home that night and noticed nothing had been done. Called the next day and was told more dirt needed to be dug up around existing pipe. Told him I would do this that day and he said he would show up and finish the next day. Never showed and I haven't bothered to call him back and never will. I know it was a small job but his site says no job to small. Apparently mine was.

"I am vary sorry I did not get this job done! I had been getting in late every night and I did go over to do the job and'' did plumb in one end and set the faucet in place had 20 min.in it and a trip to lowes for parts all together I spent over a hour that day on it.'''' the member said I did nothing but that is not true'' The parts for the other end were locked in his garage and no one was home so I went and got the parts to hook it up and when I got ready to cut the pipe I figured out that I could only get one hand on it and did not feel I could get it back together one handed. I told the member that when he called and he said he would dig it a little more and I said I would come in the next day. We got rain that night and I figured It was muddy in the ditch the next day and just could not get back over there with a full schedule and with the Holiday. I also had my help sick with a inner ear infection and was off for 2 full week and that made me work tell after dark for those 2 weeks. I know it is not a good excuse but it is what happened and I cant change it! What I did wrong was to say I would try to fit the job in when I knew I had little time in my days ! I had good intent and do apologize To the member for not calling him and letting him down !"

We highly recommend him. We are going to have him return when the ceiling in the shower dries to paint the water lines and do other services.

Even though the installation was a bit more difficult that I had described to him, Rob stuck to his price and did an excellent job of installing the heater. He gave us good advice on installation and we were pleased with the experience.
