Mr. Electric of Jasper County

It started out as a nightmare. The original technician was unprofessional and did not install the outlet correctly. However, I contacted the company and was also asked to do a telephone survey. After voicing my complaints , a new technician came out and fixed the problems and was VERY competent and professional. I'm glad I gave the company another chance to fix what was wrong. I will be calling them again for further electrical work in my home and will recommend the company to my friends and colleagues.

We did not like their service at all and would not be recommending them. We had a lot of problems with them. They were supposed to be rewiring the whole house because it was affected by Joplin tornado so we had to rebuild the house. We had to do the dry wall before they finish so we did that so that they would be able to come back and start finishing. They came in and did some more work and said that they were ready to go for the inspection. We had three different inspections and all of them didn’t pass so we had to have them keep coming back. Basically, we spoke to the owner of Mr. Electric and he was very unhappy about sending people back here to get stuff fixed which wasn’t our fault because they were the ones that didn’t do it right. The inspection has to be done right and since we had made the call and finally that was done. We kept having a problem with the door bell. The wires were somehow getting caught and had to be replaced. We had to call them back and he was upset about that. We have had a whole bunch of problems with them.
