Description of Work: Rich Graff construction moved in and set up a new mobile home for us and did a fantastic job!They re-excavated the ground, extended the pad, ran all electrical underground and did an incredible job! Very pleased!

Try to either use Angie's list or get some referrals from someone you trust. Maybe ask to see their work before hiring them.
Description of Work: This contractor did not anticipate problems with the design of the home such as duct work for heating, drying, There were drywall issues do to the construction in some rooms etc. I feel he hired the cheapest builders. The siding was not the quality to what we thought we had purchased. It is warped after only 5 years.

The builder doesn’t listen to instructions, and will only do things his way He does not abide to the contract that we agreed to, and he is also not staying with in the agreed cost. He is being uncooperative with the title company, refusing to give them receipts and lein wavers. He has been very unethical, billing for items he has not purchased. He has made a variety of mistakes, even though we have given him numerous instructions on what we want.
Description of Work: They are in the process of building our home.
