THIS COMPANY WAS VERY BUSY BUT GOT TO US VERY QUICKLY. THEY FIXED THE HEATING ELEMENT AND WE WERE UP AND COOKING AGAIN. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT OUR OVEN AND DID A WONDERFUL JOB. THEY WERE FAST, FRIENDLY AND VERY POLITE.

2ND TIME AROUND WAS FAST TO RESPOND TO MY CALL TO FIX THE ICE MACHINE. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND FIXED THE MACHINE VERY QUICKLY. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.
