It been fine..

I have been using Steves for a few years for all my heating and cooling needs. They are always professional and most of all I trust them. They recently installed a new furnace after ours unexpectedly quit. It needed to be installed asap which turned out to be a Saturday which we also had to work. I trust them enough that I gave them our code to garage. They said they would be there at 9:30 am. I got a call about an hour and 45 minutes later that they were done and were leaving. It was nice to come home to a warm house. I will most definitely keep using them.

This company was great.  They were a second opinion and offered to squeezed me in to charge my system before the weekend.  They offered a comparable price and much better service then the first company I had out.  During the install the owner was on site, they were quick, laid down plastic to protect my floors, and were kind to me and my young son.  They worked me in as soon as they could and Michelle in the office was prompt in returning my calls.  She also called the week after install to check in and let me know that she registered my equipment for the warranty with the manufacturer.

I have used Steve's Heating and Cooling for years, and have always been throughly satisfied with the quality of service provided. They have maintained our furnace and air conditioner, and installed new units several years ago. They even came on Christmas Eve one year to check out a potential problem. All of the employees I have met have been friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Steve's is a local family-owned business, and I highly recommend them.

Checked the unit and determined the condenser was bad, had one on the service truck and replaced the old one in no time.
Serviceman knew what he was doing.

They were awesome! They were out within two hours. They just do a nice a job. The guy who came was just really accommodating, and a couple of his staff was just as good as he is. I recommend them highly.

Arrived on time and took care of A/C problem. Airconditioner has been working fine since their service call

I have used their services before and they had put in a furnace in a different home. The work was just fine. Scott Johnson was the gentleman that I worked with and he did a great job.

He was there in a matter of 2 hours on a Saturday. My son was sick that day, he needed air and he got there on time. A friend had recommended us and then I found them on Angies List. They were good and I will use them again and again.

I have used Steve's Heating and cooling for at least 7 years. Steve and any other employee that has been in my home has always been very professional. They service my A/C and furnace 2X per year at a great rate. They have also installed a new A/C unit for my 5,000+ sq ft home. Highly recommend

It is a small company and I think Steve is the the owner and the operator. I liked him and I would use his company again.

We called several recommended companies prior to calling Scott, who was referred by our neighbor. Scott's was the only one to answer our call--all others issued a call back Monday morning per recorded message--even though they touted hours as "24/7". We will recommend Scott to everyone we can.
