ServiceMaster DSI - North Kansas City

Description of Work: I had water in my basement from the rain. My insurance agent referred me to Service Master to rent fans and dehumidifiers. I called Service Master and they said they were too busy to come out the same day, but they would come out the next. I talked to John Krasson and I told him I had doubts about whether insurance would cover the cost. John's response was a rude, "Then you'll be responsible for the bill." I told him I understood that. I had spoken with two employees previously and given the price of $28/day per fan and $80/day per dehumidifier. Based on those numbers and the length of time they told me I would need the equipment, I calculated the cost and knew I could cover it, so agreed. They told me they would be closed on Sunday and would come out Monday to pick up the equipment. I asked, "Then I won't be charged for Sunday, right?" and they said, "No."
