I had the equipment one day less than predicted. When I received my bill, it was $1,960.39 and there were charges on it that were never disclosed to me and charges which were fraudulent. For example, there was a "Content Manipulation Charge" (moving furniture). I moved all of my furniture myself. There was a charge called "Block and Pad Furniture." Again, they didn't touch any furniture. I called Service Master and they explained the charges, and took off a few of the fraudulent charges. Then she told me that's all she would do and if I didn't pay the bill, Service Master would sue me. I asked her to have the owner call me, but haven't heard from him. For Krista and John, I would give them F's, but the workers who brought the equipment were professional.
