They did a real good job. I did have to call them back and he came back out and he corrected it. There was still a stain from the dog, he came out and sprayed more cleaner on it and it came right out.

He had to tilt the refrigerator forward to get the drip pan on there and it left a gouge in my linoleum.

They were on-time, they were extremely hard working, professional and the carpets look great. We got 7 of the 10 rooms on sale, and I gave them a C on price so I hate to think what it would have cost me if it weren't discounted.
One of the rooms, the finished basement he said was the size of three regular rooms so their was a big extra charge there.
We are moving into this home this week so there was no furniture yet...this allowed them to get in and out of every room within minutes and made the entire job very quick and easy.
Due to their quality, promptness and professionalism I would probably use them again but the price estimate was $400 and the final price after surcharging me for the basement and extra set of stairs was $644. If I wasn't happy with the work that price would not been acceptable but they did a great job so I will just say it was a fair price not a good or great price.

They were the best we ever had. Nice 4 guys. They made are carpet that is 13 years old with 6 animals look brand new. Excellent job by them all. But the 2 carpet cleaners were outstanding. Thought the price was high to start but was well worth it. Will use them again.

SEARS TECHNICIAN WAS ON TIME AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID TRY AND SELL ME ADDITIONAL STAIN PROTECTOR, BUT NOT PUSHY. CARPETS LOOKED VERY GOOD WHEN DONE, AND I WOULD USE AGAIN.
