RIVERSIDE AUTO LIEBRAND

I went in due to a loud noise in my engine.  The mechanics diagnosed it as a bad alternator.  Replaced alternator, but noise was exactly the same.  Told me to bring car back next day and they would try to figure out what else it could be.  Drove straight to Toyota Dealership and the Service Manager walked out and said "you need a new water pump". (less than 2 seconds to diagnose)   He replaced it and my car purred like new.  He told me to take the car back and see if Riverside Liebrands would make it right with me.  Took the car back to Liebrandt and they refused to give me money back, or even half.

Excellent! Repairs done right. Fair price. They looked for other possible problems. Shop very clean and neat! Owner very nice and informative.

Very they showed me the worn out parts what they had to replace and went over my bill in detail.

Larry Liebrand and his mechanics always go the extra step to keep my vehicles safe and running. They showed me the problem, provided an estimate and schedule the repair for my convenience. His prices are reasonable. He is always extremely competitive on repairs. I may pay a few dollars more on some basic maintenance, but I always receive excellent value for it. Had Larry's mechanic not taken the initiative to look at the brakes, I would have been oblivious to the condition of the vehicle brakes. I will continue to take my business to him.

Saturday afternoon - sudden nasty noise from the engine area - so I stop and being mechanically inclined, looked underneath. A belt had started to break up and before I could stop - the rotating/thrashing parts had taken out another belt and flayed the insulation off the main +ve cable (the one that is as thick as your finger) , bent its supports etc... Cleared the debris and then decided that although probably drivable there would be no power brakes - so - Had it towed to Liebrands - who I've used for all our vehicles for the last 20 years. I knew it needed belts and hoped the cable could be patched.
By the time I called them on Monday they had already taken a look and advised me that the main cable needed replaced - but that it was my call. That's what I like about Liebrands, they won't do, or find, work just to inflate the bill.

Twice over the past two months I've had to have my Jeep towed and knew exactly who I wanted to work on my Jeep. The following morning Liebrands called me with the problem and estimate to repair and when it would be ready. True to his word the Jeep was repaired as promised and under the estimated price. Good people to have work on your car.
