I have used MasterTech for years. I consider them subject knowledge experts when it comes to automobiles. I recently had bearing replaced in two wheels but I received feedback that I could take my time and replace the one which needed immediate action to minimize damage to the vehicle. Over time the loud "hum" increased in a second wheel and it was time to replace those bearings. They do what they say they are going to do, they complete the work on time and I would best describe them as a "fair days work for a fair days pay".
I just called them this week and spoke to JR about purchasing a used car and inquired about his shops ability to service a particular luxury import. In addition, the shop is not a "walk-in's" welcome type place but that to me is an indication of their level of customer volume. And I am more than willing to wait and or plan ahead for quality trustworthy service.
apparently just because they were looking and had the vehicle on their rack. The problem I took the vehicle in for was not easy to get to or to find, but with their expertise, it did not seem particularly challenging. And how nice it was when they also just took care of the bent tailpipe - I guess because it was the Christmas season and they were under my vehicle anyway.
I have taken my vehicles to JR and his crew for the last 15 years and have always been happy with their promptness, service and professionalism. JR has always offered the path of least cost for me, and as a consumer and I appreciate that. It is comforting to know that I am going to someone that has my best interests in mind from beginning to end. Many thanks to JR and his crew.
