Did a very satisfactory job. The place was in poor shape with an amazing level of nicotine stains on the walls and was pretty filthy. It was purchased to be rented out with an option to buy, so I wanted it to look nice, but it didn't have to be totally flawless. John understood this and tailored his bid with that in mind. He really transformed the place, without question, and worked cheerfully in an often unpleasant environment.

John was a wonderful worker. He showed up on time every day and did everything possible to minimize the mess. He was very professional and did an excellent job. We will definitely look to John for future jobs. We have already handed his card out to friends and neighbors.

JOHN KITKO IS A ONE-MAN BUSINESS, DOING INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR PAINTING. NEAT, POLITE, AND ON TIME. HE IS THE TYPE OF PERSON YOU DO NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT BEING ALONE IN THE HOUSE. HE IS A PERFECTIONIST AND IF MY EXPERIENCE IS A JUDGE, YOU WILL BE EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH HIS WORK.
