We found Farm and Home at the KC Home show. We needed siding and windows. John came out and gave us a quote for both. We had interviewed 3 other companies and found they didn't know as much or were mush higher priced. John had extensive knowledge and answered all our questions. They installed the siding first and the windows were installed a couple of weeks later. The installation teams did a great job. They were respectful and cleaned everything up each night. I called John a couple of times with questions and he called me right back the same day. The installer found an issue with something under the old siding, and went to the hardware store, got what he needed, and repaired it. No additional charge to us. I had a question about the hole plugs in the windows so I called the main number and the call was answered right away and resolved. This has been a great experience start to finish. Thank you to John and his team!

The worst customer service ever. Took 16 weeks to get our windows from order date. Could not get anyone to return our call. Called main office and still got no where. The windows are finally installed now but won’t ever use this company again due to the lack of respect for customers and misleading information on timeframe.

John, the owner, was just such a delightful person who really cared about his work and the work of his contractors. He was always reachable whenever we had a question right from the initial meeting, through writing the quote, from the start of the job through to its completion. He was very professional. Anthony and his crew were just as professional and concerned that we were pleased with their work. The crew members were always asking our opinion and if we were pleased with each day's work. The job took approximately 2 weeks. The crew were very hardworking even through the summer heat. What was particularly impressive was, even after we had paid for the job in full, they retuned to fix a minor problem within a day of our request. In this day and age it is hard to find such professionalism. Thanks so much John, Anthony, Alfredo and the rest of the team. We would highly recommend them for any siding work.

Mike was terrific to work with as we selected windows. We were a bit of a pain as we wanted some particular things but they got it all right. The installation crew was amazing. I didn't even have to take down window treatments. Cleanup was great. We found a total of 2-3 small pieces of metal after they left. Terrific company. We were very happy.

The company owner came out to our house, measured and gave us a quote on the amount to have the house sided. There were no games. He gave us his price according to what we wanted, and it was a fair price.
When the workers first arrived, they introduced themselves. We went over with them, the job that we had discussed with the company owner. The work began that same day. They were very professional, and worked very well together. They knew their job and did a FANTASATIC job. ALWAYS pleasant.
At the completion of the job, we walked around the house with them to make sure that everything that we expected to be done, was done to our satisfaction.
The work area was cleaned every evening before they left. Our neighbors were impressed at the cleanup they did. Now that the job is complete, they are even more impressed.
I can't say enough good things about the workers that were here. Luke and his crew were awesome. It was really a pleasure.

Installment went flawlessly . My issue is getting and keeping our off-white gutters and steel siding clean. Company provides no useful customer support or service. We have made a few warranty claims with our windows. That was handled very well.

I am the queen of house projects gone wrong. I entered this process with trepidation, but Danny and his team were FANTASTIC to work with. From meeting with me and going over the products to the ordering of and installing, it could not have been a better experience. I am beyond thrilled with the final product. Luke and his team that installed the windows, doors, siding and columns were extremely easy to work with. So conscientious and meticulous, they cleaned up each day, checked in with me as worked progressed, kept me abreast of any issues, were just all around a pleasure to work with. Due to the warmer temps, they finished the entire job in just under two weeks. If you are in need of windows, siding, doors, etc, you can't go wrong with Home & Farm!

They did a fantastic job! Although the estimate Danny provided was just a tad higher than what we were being quoted from a couple of the "big boys" in the window and siding market, we were very comfortable making a decision to use Farm & Home. The product lines they use appeared to be higher quality than some others we had seen, but most of all, Danny and his team are very personable, responsive and easy to work with (unlike the bigger companies). Given the size of the job, we were really worried about the mess. These guys did a great job working around our house, kids and landscaping. Both the window and siding crews that worked our job were total pros. We would recommend Farm & Home to anyone for any size job.

These folks did excellent work and met/exceeded all of our expectations from beginning to end. They arrived when they said they would, their crews were courteous and efficient and kept us informed throughout the job. Leads checked work throughout the project and in one case identified that our builder had not taped off windows as they should have during original construction. The Lead required that the crew tape the windows before applying the siding. They did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day and responded quickly to some minor touch up spots identified after the original crew finished. We will certainly call on Farm and Home Builders Inc. to do future work and will recommend them to anyone needing roofing, siding or window replacement. Great experience and very professional!

The job took a long time to get started due to ordering parts and an injury to an installer (2 months from initial visit to completion. It was expensive for one window but the work/product looks great.

Danny, the owner and estimator, is great. Very knowledgable and writes a bid on the spot. We have used them before on other houses and their work has been outstanding. However, this time was a bit different. While the work was good and everything was sealed up well, the attention to detail was lacking. Nothing big but the aluminum wrap on the trim wasn't as neat. I would still recommend them. Their warranties are unsurpassed and they are price competively.

We meet with John Abramovich, extremely nice, who set up contract and got the crews for new roof; steel siding; new garage door; windows, patio door & new screen door. The crew for the roof work hard and fast. We are pleased with the look of our roof. For the steel siding the crew was Jeremy, Steve, & John. They kept us inform of all aspects of completing their job. We would highly recommend them for replacing, siding. Bob replaced 4 windows, patio door & front screen door, on two of the front windows, Bob had to do a lot of reconstruction work & did a great Job.

Sales rep was on time for appointment and Knowledgeable of product. crew was efficient and knew how to do the job. They were actually the highest price of all the bids. however; I felt they had a better quality window. Less expensive companies either did not seem interested in making a sale or research showed large percentage of installs needed repair of some type of follow up appointment after only a short time. Six of the windows were a difficult install due to siding situation and type of old window coming out. Crew Forman worked with us to determine best path forward.

Luke and Aaron arrived on time, preformed the removal and installed the windows proficiently, were courteous and well informed about their products. They ran a sweeper over the sills and carpet and left no mess in the house. They took all old windows and scrape materials from the yard when they left. We will look forward to seeing them again when we replace the last 10 windows. Thank you for letting us share this with others. J.S.
