Ben did a great job tuning the piano that I have. It's a baby grand piano that has not been tuned for years. He arrived even after he works as a pastor at a church and a full day of services. I appreeciated it because my daughter has an opportunity coming up and it was important to get it tuned. He has been tuning pianos for years. And he worked at a non profit that donates pianos to deserving youth.
